Ochwilla second graders were both entertained and
educated, compliments of Katie Hadsock, Program Specialist with the Suwannee
River Area Health Education Center.
The "Bone Zone" is an educational hands-on tool that helps create a friendly,
positive environment where our students learned how good nutritional habits
can impact their health and well-being over their lifetimes. She helped the
students build a skeleton and taught them a song and dance that reinforced
what they had learned.
Thank you to our Nurse Haynes for arranging
this informative and interesting program!
